Healthy Breakfast Ideas

A sold wholesome varied breakfast will ensure you have the energy and nutrients you need for a good day. Generally store bought cereals are full of sugar and chemicals are not good for you. Vary your breakfast through the week, here are some of my recommendations:

Cooked oats
One part oats to two part water on the stove, keep stirring or it sticks to the bottom, the oats will eventually soak up all the water then add:
-          A table spoonful of a sweetener: Honey or maple syrup (not sugar!)
-          A table spoon of ground flaxseeds
-          Other seeds: you should have many different seeds available at home, add some of them. Chia / pumpkin / melon / sesame (in singapore i have a nut and seed distributor where you can get bulk nuts and seeds for cheap, see my recommendations page)
-          Nuts: add some nuts but I personally don’t add nuts as it makes it to dry (I suggest having nuts as  a snack later)
-          A tablespoon of 1 Cacao or Maca superfood to add more taste
-          You can play with the ingredient over time to get the taste you like

Chilled oats & chia seeds (prepare the night before):
